Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 cup ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ banana (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ cup cold water (adjust for consistency)
  • Ice cubes (3–4, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the avocado, mango, banana (if using), water, and ice to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add freshly grated ginger and a squeeze of lemon juice for zing.
  4. Blend briefly again to mix.
  5. Pour into a glass or bottle.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
