
This amazingly simple breakfast tastes like a feast in one dish. The combination of flavours is to die for and creates a healthy but indulgent breakfast. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favourite bread – we recommend wholemeal for health and nutty taste
- Layer of your favourite gnut butter
- 1 large banana, sliced
Instructions
- Toast the bread and while you’re waiting, slice the banana.
- Spread a nice, thick layer of gnut butter onto each slice of toast.
- Place the banana over each slice, so they’re completely covered.
Optional extras – Sprinkle a fine dusting of cinnamon and/or dizzle maple syrup over each slice.
