Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 

  • ½ C. Eggplants, cubed
  • ¼ C. Carrots, sliced
  • ½ C. French beans, julienned
  • ¼ C. Mushrooms, chopped
  • ¼ C. Pineapples, cubed
  • ¼ C. Chilli sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. simsim (roasted)
  • ¼ C. Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Medium Onions, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Oil

Observations

The consistency will be half-cooked crunchiness. If you want it to be more cooked, keep stirring until your desired feel.

Method:

In a frying pan, combine the first three ingredients with the oil. Cover and cook for three minutes. Open and stir while adding salt, pepper and the next three ingredients. Cover and cook for another three minutes. Lastly, add the simsim (sesame) seeds, the tomatoes and the onions. Keep stirring for another three minutes. Remove from fire/heat and let cool. Goes well with rice.
